Description

The 8 channel logic level converter TXS0108E is a device that allows communication between devices that work with different voltage levels. It is a bidirectional voltage level converter that can convert a voltage level from a high voltage device to a low voltage device or vice versa.

This device usually contains a TXS0108E integrated circuit, which is a powerful bidirectional voltage level converter with automatic direction detection. It can handle a voltage range from 1.2 V to 3.6 V on the low voltage side and 2.7 V to 5.5 V on the high voltage side.

The module can be used to enable communication between a device such as an ESP32 operating at a low voltage level and a device such as a Raspberry Pi operating at a higher voltage level. The 8 channels of the module can be used to translate the voltage level of multiple signals. Each channel of the module is capable of translating the voltage level of a single signal and can handle data rates of up to 10 Mbps. This module can be useful for connecting devices with different voltage levels or for devices that need to work together but are not voltage compatible.

With the AZ Delivery TXS0108E logic level converter, you can drive 3.3V modules to a 5V microcontroller, or conversely 5V modules to a 3.3V microcontroller.

The module has a low voltage side ("VA" 1.2V to 3.6V) and a high voltage side ("VB" 1.65V to 5.5V).
