The D1 Mini is a microcontroller in a practical plug-in system with a powerful WiFi processor and a particularly small form factor. Most D1 Mini boards are equipped with an ESP8266 and a USB interface.

Because of the practical form factor, a large number of shields have been created, some of which we offer in our range. Besides the classic D1 Mini with ESP8266 MOD 12-F module, you can also find a D1 Mini with antenna socket and extended memory or a variant with an ESP32-Wroom module for an additional Bluetooth interface.

Due to the high popularity in the community, many open source libraries are available, which make the D1 Mini compatible with most of the accessories for Arduino and Raspberry, such as sensors with digital interface.
