Preferential processing
    • Your order will be processed before all other orders and thus shipped earlier. This should ensure that your order is processed and shipped within the shortest possible time.



Processing time

We process all orders as quickly as possible. The processing of the order usually happens within one business day and lasts (in exceptional cases) up to 2 business days. You will be informed by e-mail as soon as the goods have been shipped!

When paying with Sofort, up to 14 days can pass until the payment service provider confirms the payment to us. The order can only be shipped after that.



Shipping costs

The shipping costs within Germany are 2.90€ for an order value of up to 24.99€. Within the rest of the EU, the shipping costs are also very low at only 3.90€.

Orders with a minimum order value of 25€ are shipped free of charge within Germany and throughout the EU.

You can also choose the Express Processing + Premium Shipping option, which takes 3-4 business days. This costs 5.90€ for orders with value up to 24.99€ and 2€ for orders with value more than 25€.

For shipping to the UK and Switzerland, the shipping costs are slightly higher and the effort is greater, so for this you have to pay 7.90€ (up to 24.99€ order value). Between €24.99 and €69.99 order value, there are €3.90 shipping costs.

You can also choose the Express Processing + Premium Shipping option, where the time required is 3-4 business days. This costs 5.90€ for orders with value up to 24.99€ and 2€ for orders with value more than 25€.






   
Delivery times
 
Within Germany, the goods should be delivered within 2-3 business days. (Premium shipping)
Outside Germany (EU) the goods should be delivered within 4-6 business days.

Exceptions: In exceptional cases, the delivery time may be slightly delayed (especially at certain times of the year such as October, November, December), we ask for your understanding. If you have not received your order within 4 business days (Germany) or 7 business days (EU), please contact us at support@az-delivery.com.
