Description

The AZDelivery SR505 is an ultra-compact PIR motion sensor that detects movement using passive infrared technology. With its miniature format of only 35 x 10 x 10 mm, it is ideal for projects with limited installation space – e.g., in mini vending machines, smart home components, or battery-powered devices.

Thanks to a detection angle of 100° and a range of up to 4 meters, the sensor reliably detects thermal changes such as those emitted by the human body. When motion is detected, the digital output remains active for approximately 8 seconds – ideal for time-controlled responses or alarm functions.

The SR505 operates in a voltage range of 4.5 to 20 V DC and consumes less than 100 mA – perfectly suited for microcontroller projects with Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi and a perfect alternative to HC-SR501 or SR312 modules. Thanks to its small size, it can also be easily integrated into compact or mobile devices.

As usual with AZDelivery, a detailed eBook with step-by-step instructions and sample projects is included – available in several languages. This makes getting started in the world of motion sensors quick and easy – ideal for beginners, makers, and professionals.
